Meet the Renaissance's new Box Office Coordinator, Haley Bedocs.
It's no secret that there have been quite a few changes during these last few months. Despite show postponements and the general frenzy of today's world, we at the Ren are delighted because we've been able to add some new faces to our staff. You met our Development Manager, Bobby Rhea, during quarantine; now, please join us in welcoming our new Box Office Coordinator, Haley Bedocs!
Haley is a 2016 graduate of OSU Mansfield who also happens to be a mother and a lover of all things theatre. Ever since high school, where she was involved in drama club, she has enjoyed being both on the stage and in the director's chair for countless plays. She was also the president of OSU's theatre club for a while. She says, "I grew up telling everyone that I would be performing on the stage one day (which my family thought was adorable)."
Before joining the Renaissance team, Haley was a stay-at-home mom to her toddler for a little over a year. And before that, she worked at the Mansfield Richland County Public Library (which reminds me—have you read about our collaboration with MRCPL and its cardholders?). Haley is excited for the Ren's 2020-2021 Season and can't wait to experience show nights, this time not as an actor, director, or stage manager, but as Box Office Coordinator. It's an important role with many responsibilities, but we're certain she will flourish.
Haley outside the box office, ready to help our patrons with purchasing tickets and more! (Our website is now rentickets.org, despite what the sign may say.)
Hard at work. Welcome to the Renaissance team, Haley!
