About Bobby Rhea
Bobby Rhea has lived in the Mansfield area his entire life. Chances are you've seen him taking tickets as one of our volunteers.
He has had a long history of being active in the Mansfield and Ashland communities including the Ashland Symphonic Youth Chorus, Richland County 4H and Junior Fair Program including his role as the 2007 Junior Fair King, among a variety of other organizations as well.
Bobby attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University, and obtained a Bachelor's degree with a double major in English and History. His love for the arts is evident to anyone who knows him.
In 2019, he had a new years resolution to attend one live production per month. By the end of that year, he attended 19.
His love for the arts is not limited to Broadway musicals though. On his free time, he will frequently visit the Cleveland Museum of Art, attend symphony concerts, and youth productions, as well. As a firm believer in the arts, he makes it a point to support the arts in whatever ways he can. He has several original pieces in his home created by friends of his who are themselves, artists.
Outside of the theatre, his hobbies and interests include reading, writing, visiting science and history museums, and traveling.
Having recently joined the Renaissance Performing Arts Association as Manager of Development, he looks forward to meeting each of you and seeing you at our events soon!
