Gather your crew on Wednesday, July 9 for The Sandlot, the ultimate summer movie about childhood, baseball, and backyard legends. This heartwarming and hilarious tale follows a group of kids during a summer of unforgettable adventures—including their quest to recover a lost ball signed by Babe Ruth.
Part of the Renaissance Theatre’s Pictures on the Plaza series, this free event will be held in the green space between the Historic Renaissance Theatre and Theatre 166. Starting at 7:30 PM, enjoy family activities hosted by the Buckeye Imagination Museum, Mansfield/Richland County Public Library, and the YMCA of North Central Ohio.
The movie begins at 8:30 PM. Bring your chairs and blankets, and enjoy complimentary popcorn as you watch under the stars. This community event is fun, family-focused, and 100% free!
