7/8/21: The Renaissance Box Office is now fully open 12-5 PM Tuesday–Friday.

Every person attending a performance must have a ticket, including babies and young children.

The Box Office is located in the lobby of the Renaissance Theatre, at 138 Park Avenue West in Downtown Mansfield. You may purchase tickets for any Renaissance event by phone, in person at our box office, or on this website by clicking any "Buy Tickets" link on our website.


If you are unable to attend a performance, we welcome ticket exchanges up to 48 hours before the scheduled performance for a credit on your Renaissance account towards any future show. Also, subscribers may exchange and/or upgrade tickets as long as seats are available. Subscribers never pay a service charge for ticket exchanges. For non-subscribers, there is a $3.00 per ticket service charge for ticket exchanges or replacing lost tickets. For all ticket buyers, your ticket purchase may always be turned into a tax-deductible donation to the theatre if you are unable to attend. Contact the box office for more information. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on any ticket purchases.


Many Renaissance events are perfect for children. Some performances may contain mature themes and children under the age of fourteen will not be admitted. DUE TO FIRE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, EVERY PERSON, REGARDLESS OF AGE, MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ATTEND A RENAISSANCE EVENT. (You may hold your small child on your lap, but he or she is required to have their own ticket.)


Renaissance Gift Certificates may be purchased through the box office in any denomination and may be personalized for each individual gift. These gift certificates may be used on any Renaissance produced event. Note: They cannot be used on any event that rents the theatre to bring in their own event. The box office can advise you on which shows are eligible for gift certificates.


Ticket revenue supports over 60% of the Renaissance's operational budget and we have lost over $600,000 since the pandemic began. Please consider donating your ticket back, exchanging to a future show, or crediting your account for the amount of the ticket.
