Our Commitment to Your Safety

The Renaissance has been a cultural hub for North Central Ohio since 1928. Recent events have forced us to close our doors, and as difficult and disappointing as this time has been for audiences and artists alike, it was undoubtedly the right decision for the health and safety of all. We are currently working through the adjustment of thousands of tickets from our cancelled performances, and current ticketholders can find more info on that at this link.

We understand that you make a commitment to us when you choose to purchase a ticket to an event, make a donation, or become a member, and we are deeply grateful for your support. During this especially challenging and unpredictable time, we are responding to the “next normal” by adjusting a number of our policies to express our ongoing commitment to you. Below is a link to a document that shows the actions we’re taking as we prepare to welcome you back to the theatre, as well as some actions that you can take to further protect yourself.

Thank you for keeping the arts alive, and for believing in the power and strength of community. We look forward to welcoming you back to the theatre when this intermission is over.
