Despite the cancellation of our current season and the temporary closure of our theatre, we are working every day to plan a full schedule of great performances and events for our patrons to enjoy as soon we can be together again. We rely on performance-generated revenues for 60% of our annual operating budget, and these cancellations have dealt an immediate blow to the Renaissance as we prepare to face a significant loss of more than $200,000 in the next two months. Please help us recover just a small portion of this lost revenue and contribute to our "Help us get out of QuaRENtine" campaign to raise a total of $25,000. Your gift of any amount will help keep the arts alive in Mansfield!
In accordance with Governor Mike DeWine’s Executive Order, we have either rescheduled, postponed or cancelled our events through May 8, 2020.
Director of Finance
Ashley Young enjoys the complexity and variety of her position with the Renaissance. As Finance Director of a performing arts organization, everyday is different. Having been raised in the Mansfield area, Ashley attended the Renaissance on school field trips as a child. Returning to the Renaissance as an adult and being able to appreciate the impact it has on the community has been a wonderful experience.
Ashley has a background in accounting, bookkeeping, and banking. Her position at the Renaissance has been her first experience in the non-profit sector and she has found this area of accounting to be very rewarding. "I get to see the results of both the generosity of the community, and the hard work of everyone at the theatre."
Ashley resides in Mansfield with her daughter Aeris, their dog Lizzie, their three cats, and a bearded dragon.
